PURPOSE:To make accurate foil-decorating possible without gate mark, the development of weld mark and gas stagnation, even when transparent resin is injected by a method wherein a gate is provided at one end of a cavity so as to cast the injected resin through the gate toward the other end of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin flows through a runner pipe 4, a connecting pipe 5, pouring basins 6 and runners 7 in a wide pouring basin 8. When the basin 8 is filled with the molten resin, the molten resin is cast through a slit-like gate 9, which is formed over almost all the width of a cavity, into the cavity C. In the cavity C, the molten resin fed through the slit gate 9 forms laminar flow so as to successively flow from one end portion of the cavity C to its other end position, resulting in moving design sheet against the inner wall of the cavity of a female mold 1 in the cavity C. |
