PURPOSE:To obtain stable vibration characteristic of a brush pressing spring unit by forming a leaf spring for pressing a brush of laminated plates, forming gaps between the laminated plates with spacers inserted therebetween the retaining always the free length between rivets for clamping the both ends of the leaf spring constant. CONSTITUTION:The end 12 of a spiral spring 12 is secured to a leaf spring 18 with rivets 20. The leaf spring 18 is formed by laminating inner and outer plates 26 and 28, the end of a pressor for pressing the brush is also clamped with rivets 20, and spacer 30 is interposed between the inner and the outer plates 26 and 28. Since the inner plate 26 is not thus contacted with the outer plate 28, it does not generate lateral pressure, and there can be obtained stable vibration characteristic. |
