PURPOSE:To reduce the number of masking processes and to exclude an exclusive partition plate whose shape is matched with that of an object to be painted. CONSTITUTION:The adhesion of the dust of paint to the region out of a painting range is prevented by mounting a parting disc 32 to the air motor 31 provided to a support member 36 and mounting a painting gun 33 on a support member 36 so that a part of a paint injection range overlaps with the parting disc 32. At this time, the edge part of the parting disc is set to a parting mark and, by rotating the parting disc 32 at low speed during painting, it is prevented that paint is collectively bonded to a part of the parting disc 32 to run down along the parting disc 32 and, by rotating the parting disc 32 at a high speed after painting, only a solvent is injected from the painting gun 33 not only to dissolve the paint bonded to the parting disc 32 but also to blow off the dissolved paint by centrifugal force to wash said disc 32. |
