<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thick film resistor in which, when using it at a high voltage and a high temperature, a change of a resistance value is smaller and more stable than usual and in which it is easy to solder in order to connect a lead thereto. CONSTITUTION:A thick film resistor comprises a thick film resistor element in which an RuO2 or a pyrochlore type Ru compound formed on an insulating substrate is a conductive component, an electrode film in which RuO2 or a pyrochlore type Ru compound formed so as to connect it to the thick film resistor element is a conductive component, and a nickel plating layer applied to the electrode film. Also, the electrode film has a sheet resistance value which is one percent or less as much as that of the thick film resistor element and greater than 5OMEGA/section.</p> |
