<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the personal data identification device without constraints due to contact with a reader without weakening signal intensity. CONSTITUTION:A solar battery 11 converts light energy by photoirradiation into a DC current and a code generation circuit 12 generates a pulse by LSI technology or produces an intrinsic code or pulse train by ROM functions. A transmitter 13 equipped with functions such as higher frequency oscillation, higher frequency modulation, and amplification outputs a higher frequency signal demodulated by the output of the code generation circuit 12. A transmission antenna 14 inputs the output of the transmitter 13 and irradiates the higher frequency signal as electromagnetic wave output to be outputted to a reader without contact. Thus, the signal intensity can be strengthen compared with a magnetic card system, the deterioration of durability found in the electric contact point in the IC card system can be prevented, resulting in the improvement of reliability.</p> |
