PURPOSE: To obtain flexible laminates with high chemical resistance, good flexible properties, and high adhesive strength by constituting at least one metal sheet and at least one layer of particular synthetic resin composite applied directly thereto. CONSTITUTION: Laminates are provided with at least one metal sheet and at least one layer of synthetic resin composition applied directly thereto. The synthetic resin composite comprises 2-40 wt.% of at least one polyfunctional epoxy compound containing at least two glycidyl group bonded to one or more oxygen atom or the like, and 98-60 wt.% of at least one substantially hydroxyl- terminated polyether sulfone which has a hydroxyl content of at least 10μeq/g and contains structural repeating units of formula (I) wherein Ar is a divalent aromatic radical of formula (II) or the like, and wherein the aromatic rings of the structural units are unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C1-C6 alkyl groups or the like. |
