摘要 PURPOSE:To uniform the temperature distribution of the outer periphery of a roller by forming a heat accumulating means provided with a heat accumulating effect on the inside of a highly device surface layer formed on the outer periphery as a coat through air. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic material characterized by high heat resisting, heat transmitting and electric insulating properties, e.g. a raw ceramic material using alumina as a main component, is extruded and molded to mold a roller core body 1 and then a heat generating conductor 2 is printed out on the outer periphery of the core body 1 by using conductive past such as tungsten and molybdenum on the basis of screen printing or other thick film methods. Then, a ceramic raw sheet 3 formed like honey-comb structure or foaming state dispersing plural bubbles is wound around the whole outer periphery of the roller core body 1 on which the heat generating conductor 2 is printed out and baked under about 1,400-1,600 deg.C reducing atmosphere to unit the roller core body 1 with the ceramic raw sheet 3 by the sintering.
