The jump aid is attached to the sole of the sports shoes to enhance the jumping force or miximize the instant starting force with the stability of bouncing. The aid includes landing portions (1) and inclined portions (3) being connected by forming coil springs (4), the portion (3) and mounts (2) being connected by forming coil springs (5). A bend portion (6) joins with a rear pedal plate (8) to be lowered a distance (7) so that hang means (9) attached to the front pedal plate (11) is lowered a distance (10) to hold the end of the landing portion (1). The hang means has hang clips (12) hooking the coils (5) and connecting with the hang means through pins (15) received in slits (14) of the (9).
