CONSTITUTION: The hot plug circuit 62 limits a surge current generated at the time of the mutual connection of a 1st circuit means 30 arranged on a 1st card 1 supplied with a 1st supply voltage ground on a 1st supply line 36 by a power supply unit 2 and with a 2nd supply voltage +V on a 2nd supply line 34. A 2nd circuit means 24 on a 2nd card is supplied with power from the power supply unit 2 through a 3rd supply line 74 and a 4th supply line 76.
