<p>PURPOSE: To actualize a superimposing function by controlling the levels of an input and an output control port with the level of a video signal, and switching and putting character information and the video signal together. CONSTITUTION: The video signal inputted in the camera mode of a cam coder or in video-recording mode of a VCR is inputted to a low terminal L of a 1st switch circuit 10 and a high terminal H of a 2nd switch circuit 20. The high terminal of the circuit 10 is coupled with a reproduction output terminal of a Y/C process part 80 and a high terminal H of a 3rd switch circuit 30 and the output terminal of the 1st switch circuit 10 is coupled with an inversion terminal of a comparator 50. The output side of the switch part 40 is coupled with the noninversion terminal of the comparator 50 and the input side of a character generating circuit 60, and the output side of the comparator 50 is coupled with a clock terminal of a control part 70. The character information in superimposing mode is outputted to the circuits 20 and 30 by the character generating circuit 10. The output of the comparator 50 is controlled according to the playback and video-recording mode.</p> |
