PURPOSE:To get a device capable of applying favorable magnetization and a roll without flaw being magnetized by it by smoothing the surface of the roll by turning and/or polishing, and arranging a positioning jig for a magnetizing yoke so as to magnetize it without bringing the roll into contact with the surface of the magnetizing yoke. CONSTITUTION:When magnetizing the surface of the dielectric roll 1 arranged at the surface of the axis of a ferrite resin magnet dielectric layer 2, the surface of the roll 1 is smoothed and put in high dimension accuracy by turning and/or polishing, and next, a positioning jig 5 for the roll 1 is arranged in the magnetizing yoke 4 so as to magnetize it without bringing the roll 1 into contact with the surface of the magnetizing yoke 4. Moreover, at the surface where a thin layer of the ferrite resin magnet dielectric 2 is arranged and which is smoothed and put in high dimension accuracy by turning and/or polishing, by the magnetizing yoke 4 not in contact, magnetic poles are magnetized so as to continue in longitudinal direction and to be multipole in circumferential direction, thus a multipole dielectric roll 1 is constituted. |
