SERVICE OFFICE TRANSACTION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To make the reception and transaction processes of the service office of a bank automated and unmanned, especially the business on the high counter of the service office. CONSTITUTION:In this service office transaction system constituted by connecting service office devices 1 respectively provided with plural automatic teller machines 2 with a central device 9 provided with a central processing unit 10 through communication lines 8, each of the devices 1 is provided with the 1st means which transmits the data inputted by a customer and required for making transactions to the central device 9 at the time of starting the transactions and informs the customer of an acceptance number after receiving the number from the device 9 and the 2nd means 5 which transmits the data which are inputted from the 1st means and required for the transactions and the acceptance number from the device 9 to the one having the smallest number of customers to be served of the machines 2 for storage.
