PURPOSE:To provide the voice guidance control system which generates a synthesized voice of different quality, service by service, and easily grasping a difference in service. CONSTITUTION:Synthesis unit data generated by the vocalization of plural speakers are prepared in a respective speaker synthesis unit data base 20. As for document data stored in an information data base 4, a rule synthesis control means 23 connects synthesis unit data of a speaker specified by a speaker control means 21 to generate data for synthesis, which is stored in a data base 5 for synthesis. When service is offered, each kind of service stored in the data base 5 for synthesis is offered by using the different synthesis data of the speaker. |
