The placard consists of a plate (1) including in itself the means interacting with the means for fixing to the fastening device used, including two flexible and parallel walls (12, 13) and rigid partitions (11) which are mutually parallel and perpendicular to the said walls (12, 13), the assembly forming a succession of parallelepipedal cells (10) with substantially rectangular cross-section, in which can be inserted a rod (3) integral with the fastening device (2, 4), the diameter of a rod (3) being, on the one hand, larger than the smaller sides (111, 112) of the rectangle constituting the cross-section of one of the cells (101), these small sides consisting of two rigid successive partitions (11), and, on the other hand, smaller than the larger sides (121, 131) of the said rectangle, these large sides (121, 131) consisting of the two flexible walls (12, 13). The fastening device may consist of a plinth (2) of which the foot or feet (20, 20') can be fitted with magnets (22, 22') or with a sucker (4) including a stud (40) at its head, the said stud (40) being pierced with a hole (41) in which a rod (31) is passed, curved into a hook (31'). <IMAGE>
