PURPOSE:To offer an image forming device which is excellent in the fixation of toner on many kinds of image forming papers and can remove the possibility that an arm gets dirty in the case of performing write on the image formed paper. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an image forming control means such as a ROM and a CPU for controlling image forming actions based on the measured result obtained by a paper smoothness measuring member 15. First, the surface smoothness of the paper 14 is measured by the member 15. When the measured smoothness of the paper 14 is <37 seconds, the image forming actions are not performed, and the paper 14 is allowed to pass in a state where it is interposed between a heating roller 12 and a pressure roller 13 to be guided to paths for both-side copying (23, 24 and 25). Thereafter, image forming (copying) is performed. |
