PURPOSE:To realize the debugging of an FRM function which has been impossible with the conventional in-circuit emulator by making an operation mismatch signal active. CONSTITUTION:This in-circuit emulator is constituted by adding a comparator 6, address register 7, and RS flip flop 9 to the conventional in-circuit emulator 1. The comparator 6 compares ADDRESS which is an address bus through which the emulator 1 is directly connected to a system to be debugged with an address stored in an address register 7 and, when they are coincident, makes an address coincidence signal 8 active. The flip flop 9 activates a TMSMAT signal when the signal 8 becomes active. |
