<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute a troubleshooting by monitoring the progress of a manufacturing lot in real time so as to avoid the temporary concentration of loads and, at the same time, maintaining actual data. CONSTITUTION:This process control system is provided with a cell controller 4 which manages a cell respectively provided with a loader and unloader conveyors 36 and 37 which input and output a carrying container (magazine) for carrying products to the exit and entrance of a manufacturing line on which plural processes (facilities) are assembled, shop management controller 1 which entirely manages plural cells, buffer device which adjusts synchronization among the cells, buffer controller 2 which manages the buffer device, carrying controller 3, and carrying request input means 4' and controls the progress of a lot by taking the opportunity of the movement of the magazine. When such process control system is constituted, the system can be applied to a manufacturing shop of an intermediate to small scale, since the cost of equipment can be reduced, and the system can be expanded stepwise.</p> |
