PURPOSE:To obtain the title miniaturized device suitable for producing fried potatoes, etc., comprising specific constitution for mixing powder with water and forming by one device, improving productivity. CONSTITUTION:First, when a rotator 3 having plural through holes 2 are intermittently rotated and driven by a rotating and driving means such as complex cylinder 4 and a through hole 2a is arranged at a feed position P1 and powder is supplied to the through hole 3a by a feeding means such as screw conveyor 6. Successively, the rotator is revolved only by a gap of a pair of the through holes adjoining the rotator and the through hole charged with powder is arranged at a mixing position P2. Then, a blade member 7 is inserted into the through hole at the mixing position P2, water is fed from a water supply hole 8 at a bottom plate 10, the powder is blended with water by the blade member 7. Finally the through hole charged with the mixture is moved to a forming position P5, a pushing member 14 is inserted into the through hole and a communicating hole of the bottom plate 10 communicated with the through hole so that the mixture in the through hole is pushed out and extruded from an extruding hole 12. |
