PURPOSE:To obtain a liver cell proliferation suppresser capable of remarkably suppressing proliferation of liver parenchyma cell fractionated from homogenate of intestine mucous membrane of a warm-blooded animal. CONSTITUTION:Salt solutions such as physiological saline and phosphoric acid- buffered physiological saline are added to intestine mucous membrane of a warm-blooded animal and the mixture is homogenized to finely crush structure thereof and are uniformly mixed to prepare homogenate. The above-mentioned homogenate is centrifuged (normally, in 8000-12000G for several minute) and supernatant thereof is subjected to heat treatment at 60 deg.C for 10min and denatured high molecular protein, etc., is removed as a precipitation and the supernatant is subjected to dialysis treatment with salt solutions and heated at 60 deg.C for 10min to provide the objective liver cell proliferation suppresser being stable on heating at 60 deg.C for 10min. |
