<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a new compound, excellent in dispersion stability, membrane fluidity, chemical stability and productivity and useful as liposome materials, etc. CONSTITUTION:A compound expressed by formula I [(n) is 1-3; R is hydrophilic group (hydrophilic group required to assume a molecular aggregation state such as liposome or micelle), except that R is H or choline residue], e.g. a compound expressed by formula II. Furthermore, the compound expressed by formula I is obtained by synthesizing a diacylglycerol expressed by formula III as a component of a hydrophobic part and a compound expressed by the formula HOCH2CH2NHR<2> (R<2> is amino-protecting group) as a component of a hydrophilic part and successively reacting the resultant compounds with a bifunctional phosphorylating agent expressed by formula IV (R<3> is protecting group of phosphoric acid) and then removing the protecting groups.</p> |
