摘要 PURPOSE:To perform easy and reliable bonding of copper to an aluminum material and to reduce a bonding cost by removing the given region of a cladding material to expose a core. CONSTITUTION:A covering material 3 on the one end part side of a cladding material prepared such that an aluminum core 2 and a copper covering material 3 are metallically bonded together is cut for removal to expose the core 2. When a copper material and an aluminum material are bonded together by using a bonding member 1, the bonding member 1 and the aluminum material are bonded together at a region, where the core 2 is exposed, by, for example, welding. In a region covered with a covering material, the bonding material 1 and the copper material are joined together through mechanical fastening by means of, for example, bolt and nut. In this case, since the same kind of metals are bonded to each other, a bonding strength is high and there is no need for a device, such as a heating furnace and a hydrostatic extrusion device, and a cost is reduced.
