摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the satisfactory product scarcely having the degree of thickness deflection in the width direction of a rolling product by advancing a rolling work, while holding a position in which a fluctuation absolute value difference of a load value difference recognized between roll neck parts shows the minimum value. CONSTITUTION:This method selects several dimension differences for showing a difference of clearance dimensions calculated from gap dimensions g1, g1' between the end face of supports 5, 5' being right above roll ascending/descending devices 7. 7' for giving a load to the left and the right neck parts 10, 10', 20 and 20', respectively of a rolling roll. Subsequently, measurement load deviations Y1(P1-P1'), Y2(P2-P2')... between the neck parts 10, l0', 20 and 20' are calculated. Such a pressure condition as a fluctuation absolute value difference of the load value differences Y1, Y2... between the roll neck parts generated during a variation of the sum of loaded loads becomes minimum is derived. The work is executed, while taking notice of an inserting position of a stock in the axial direction of rolls 1, 2 so that the fluctuation absolute value difference of the load value differences Y1, Y2... recognized between the roll neck parts 10, 10', 20 and 20' shows the minimum value.</p>
