PURPOSE:To obtain a paperless accounting system having the high secrecy. CONSTITUTION:An electronic slip production means is provided to produce the electronic slips and to store them in an electronic slip store device together with an addition processing means which adds the data to the stored electronic slips, and a processing control means which controls the processing states of the electronic slips secured at the electronic slip production means and the addition processing means. Furthermore the addition processing means is provided with a user limiting function. In such a constitution of a paperless accounting system, the electronic slips produced by the electronic slip production means are added with the data through the addition processing means. In this data addition processing, the due data are decided when a due user is confirmed by the user limiting function. |
