Renewing brake fluid in vehicle - uses container and compressed air supply to avoid air locks

The vent for hydraulic brakes and couplings on cars, goods vehicles and motor cycles comprising a transparent plastics container (1) of 0.5 to 1.0 litres capacity suspended by hooks beneath the vehicle to indicate the remaining quantity of brake fluid. The vent is connected by an air hose (3) and an adjustable pressure reducer (4) to a fixed compressed air supply whilst new brake fluid is conveyed to the storage container (9) on the vehicle via a hose (7) and a connector (8). ADVANTAGE - Simple and robust system which enables one person to renew brake fluid without the danger of air inclusions.
