PURPOSE:To obtain an optical information recording card for frequency management suitable for optically recording a point or the like indicating a frequency of service. CONSTITUTION:In an information recording card, areas in which information divided into blocks are optically recorded are provided on the surface of a recording medium body of a rectangular and thin plate form. The areas include a management code area 21 for recording information required for managing a service in a code form and a point recording area 22 for recording a point representing the accumulating total amount and frequency of said service in a code form and for recording said accumulating total amount and/or symbols or characters in a visually recognizable form. |
