PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, to make a device small in size and light in weight and to make production cost low in a state where burn or malfunction is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A pair of fixing rollers 61 and 62 is used also as a paper ejection part for ejecting a paper P to a paper ejection port. A throttling part T or a protective cover is provided between the pair of rollers 61 and 62 and the paper ejection port. Then, a paper ejection detecting sensor SW is provided on the upstream side of the throttling part T or the protective cover. The throttling part T or the protective cover prevents the ingress of a foreign matter on the downstream side so as to keep the foreign matter such as the finger F of a user from touching the pair of rollers 61 and 62 and the paper ejection detecting sensor SW. |
