PURPOSE:To perform the quick and sure approval/accounts settlement processing by providing a control means to control the processing states of the electronic slips secured at an electronic slip production means and an addition processing means. CONSTITUTION:An electronic slip production means 21 is provided to produce the electronic slips and to store them in an electronic slip store means 11 together with an addition means which adds the data to the electronic slips stored in the device 11, and a control means which controls the processing states of the electronic slips secured at the means 21 and the addition processing means. The addition processing means also acids the approval information and the accounts settlement information through a business department local processor 20 and an accounts department local processor 30. In such a way, the electronic slips are produced by the means 21 with an instruction of the control means. Then the data are added to the electronic slips in the optional addition processing with an instruction of the control means. |
