PURPOSE:To decrease a number of on-off times of pair of motors for preventing asynchronization, when a pair of wiper blades are synchronously controlled by a pair of the motors so as to prevent generation of interference, and to prevent the interference by applying a brake to suddenly stop the motor in the case correction of asynchronization is impossible by on-off operating the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a driver side motor (Dr motor) is driven from an upper turning position to a lower turning position and when a passenger side motor (Pa motor) is driven from a lower turning position to an upper turning position, possibility of interference is provided when the Dr motor is moved ahead, so that the Dr motor is turned off (step 224, 226) when the Dr motor is preceded by 1 or more from the Pa motor. Since no possibility of interference is provided when the Pa motor is preceded, the Pa motor is prevented from being turned off (step 228, 230) till the Pa motor is preceded by 1.5 or more. In this way, a number of motor off-times can be decreased. When the Dr motor is preceded by 2 or more from the Pa motor, a brake is applied to prevent interference (step 220, 222) by suddenly stop the motor. |
