PURPOSE:To provide the apparatus for producing the color liquid crystal panels which can execute exact patterning even of resist layers into which any dyes are incorporated. CONSTITUTION:The positioning at the time of forming the color filters 104 with the apparatus for producing the color liquid crystal panels by laminating the color filters 104 which are the resist layers incorporated therein with the dyes on the upper part of the liquid crystal panel is executed by irradiating the alignment mark 111s provided on the resist layers formed in the lower part thereof or the liquid crystal panel with light for observation and observing the reflected light thereof. IR light which is not absorbed into the dyes to be incorporated into the respective resist layers is used as the light for observation. |
