PURPOSE:To provide excellent reliability and to enhance a density of an electronic apparatus by alternately arranging signal wires, ground wires in parallel between two flexible insulating layers, and forming a shielding layer on the outer surface of the insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:Signal wires 3 and ground wires 4 are alternately adhered on a flexible insulating layer 1 through an adhesive layer 2a, and a second flexible insulating layer 5 is laminated on the wires 3 and the wires 4 through an adhesive layer 2b. Further, shielding layers 6, 61 are laminated on the outer surfaces of the layers 1, 5. All the wires 4 are electrically connected to the layers 6, 61 via through holes 7 formed at a metal layer 72 at the inner wall surface 71 of the hole. Thus, a crosstalk between the wires 3 can be prevented by the wires 4 disposed between the wires 3. A space electromagnetic wave can be shut OFF from the wires 3 by the layers 6, 61. |
