PURPOSE:To enable print to be performed so that no superposition of image data and document data occurs only by designating the print area of the image data to be fetched. CONSTITUTION:When the image data is generated by an image data generator 10, the print area of the image data is designated by x-coordinate Xs and y- coordinate Ys at the upper left corner, x-coordinate Xe at a right end, and Y-coordinate Ye at a lower end. Also, when the document data is generated by a document preparing device 20, the print area of the document data is set with left margin ML, right margin MR, upper margin MT, and lower margin MB. When the image data and the document data are printed being superimposed, the change designation margin of the document data is changed by changing and designating either one margin in the right, left, upper, and low margin, and the image data and the document data can be printed out without being superimposed on the same page. |
