PURPOSE:To obtain the setting parameter storage means and the time recorder capable of easily setting the parameter complying with a person's wishes. CONSTITUTION:The setting parameter storage means 1 is composed of a storage circuit 1a storing the setting parameter for time management and a terminal part 1b for transmission and/or reception of the setting parameter. The time recorder consists of a connector part 2 enabling the terminal part 1b of this setting parameter storage means 1 to be freely attachable and detachable, a second storage circuit 3 storing the setting parameter, and a control circuit 4 writing the setting parameter for the setting parameter storage means 1 in the second storage circuit 3. An operation part 6 sets the transmission and/or reception of the setting parameter of the connector part 2, the second storage circuit 3. The exchange of the setting parameter is performed between the setting parameter storage means 1 and the second storage circuit when the transmission and/or reception of the setting parameter is set in this operation part 6. |
