PURPOSE:To compactly contain a wet scrubber without changing the elevating and lowering stokes of an injection nozzle and to enable the injection nozzle to continuously inject washing liquid in both elevating and lowering sides in the device for washing the inside of a tank by injection force of high-pressure liquid. CONSTITUTION:A small-diameter cylinder 4 is freely slidably (extensibly and contractibly) incorporated into a large-diameter cylinder via a piston 2. Further a hollow piston rod 6 is freely slidably incorporated into the small-diameter cylinder 4 via a piston 5. A through-hole 13 is provided to the piston 2 in the large-diameter cylinder 1. This through-hole 13 joins a chamber 10 small in the pressure receiving area of the piston in the large-diameter cylinder 1 to a chamber 12 large in the pressure receiving area of the piston in the small-diameter cylinder 4. A hollow rod 14 and a passage 15 are provided which supply washing liquid in the large-diameter cylinder 1 to an injection nozzle 8 of the tip of the piston rod 6. A through-hole 16 is formed to the piston rod 6 and liquid pressure is led to a chamber 11 small in pressure receiving area of the piston in the small-diameter cylinder 4 from the through-hole 16. A liquid pressure circuit 17 is provided which connects a chamber 9 in the large-diameter cylinder 1 to the pressurizing supply means of washing liquid. Liquid pressure circuits 18, 19 are provided which selectively connect the chamber 10 to a pressurizing supply chamber side and an open side via valve means 20, 21. |
