Two-dimensional discrete Fourier transformation is applied to each data after coordinate transformation, and filtering processing with an emphasizing effect is applied to an image X including a large amount of feature component, and filtering processing with a noise suppressing effect to an image Y and an image Z. Reverse coordinate transformation is applied to the data on which the filtering processing is performed, and the image satisfactory for the observation of the fine pattern can be obtained.
