PURPOSE:To simply check a wide range of a reagent at a high speed by uniformizing check sensitivity between unit probes in a linear array ultrasonic wave probe comprising plural unit probes. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 25 integrated with each unit probe is made of a piezoelectric high polymer material. Since lateral vibration and shear vibration or the like are not almost caused in the piezoelectric high polymer material, the length of each unit probe is set long and the check area of the entire linear array ultrasonic wave probe 22 is set wide. Moreover, even when the thickness of the adhesives in existence to each of electrode plates 24, 26 and a matching layer 27 and between the matching layers 27 is fluctuated between the unit probes, the detection sensitivity between the unit probes is controlled almost constant. |
