<p>PURPOSE:To provide an aluminum alloy plate for forming excellent in surface quality without such as pickup, grain streak, free from generation of living marks and surface roughening in drawing, low in ear percentage and reduced in variation of its value in a coil. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of an aluminum alloy plate for forming hot-rolled, cold-rolled and annealed after Aluminum alloy ingot containing <=0.5wt.% Si, <=0.8wt.% Fe, <=0.5wt.% Cu if necessary, the balance Al and unavoidable impurities is subjected to homogenization treatment, rolling for the plate <=120mm thickness is performed by a number of >=8 passes in hot rolling, at least one of hot rolling passes started in 30-60mm is performed for the 5th and succeeding passes counting from <=120mm thickness and in >=30% draft the temperature at the end of hot rolling is limited to <=280 deg.C, 25-70% cold draft is given to the plate thickness of the final product and annealing is performed in the final plate thickness. A manufacture of an aluminum alloy plate for forming characterized by these items is provided.</p> |
