PURPOSE:To lower the possibility that battery pack necessary to be charged is attached mistakenly, make it possible to carry out the proper means prior to the apparatus becomes unable to be used due to the voltage drop of the battery as well as prior to the battery is over-discharged. CONSTITUTION:A discharging voltage monitoring circuit 2 monitors the voltage of a battery 1 and when the voltage becomes no more than a pre-set standard voltage, the circuit sends out a voltage drop alarm signal to a light-emitting device 3. When the battery has high enough voltage to drive an apparatus, the light-emitting device 3 is in the turned-off state and corresponding to the voltage drop alarm signal from the discharging voltage monitoring circuit 2, it becomes in a turned-on state. |
