PURPOSE:To make the space for setting a nozzle smaller and the number of products produced by one mold larger and simplify the structure of the mold and improve the external appearance of the product. CONSTITUTION:Cavities 3 and 4 are formed between a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2. A fixed projected part 5 and a movable projected part 6, by which a hole is formed, are protrusively provided in the cavities 3 and 4 under the condition that the tips of these projected parts 5 and 6 abut against each other at mold closing. Further in the fixed projected part 5, resin passage 8 for the communication of the nozzle of a molder with the gate hole 7a of a nozzle tip 7, is provided. Furthermore, a heater 7 is arranged in the resin passage 8 so as to extend to time neighborhood of a gate hole 7a and to be surrounded by metallic material having high heat conductivity. The nozzle tip 1 is incliningly formed. |
