PURPOSE:To extract a coffee liquid according to the taste of a user by providing a coffee bean crushing means, and mixing coffee powder with two different grain sizes to freely adjust the grain size. CONSTITUTION:A motor 5 rotated in both directions, a crushing means 4 driven by the motor 5, a porous filter 7 with two different hole diameters, a mixing ratio calculating means 12, a rotation direction control means 13 controlling the rotation direction of the motor 5, and a motor control means 14 controlling the excitation to the motor 5 are provided, the grain size of the crushed coffee powder is determined by the mixing ratio calculating means 12 based on the condition of the coffee liquid to be extracted, the rotation direction and rotating time of the motor 5 are controlled to change the grain size, and the coffee liquid is extracted. |
