<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, to simplify a mechanism, thus, to miniaturize a device and make the device low cost by providing a recessed part, screw to prevent a guiding member from rotating, a stopper plate and an ultrasonic exciter on a stopping member related to the lower flange of upper and the lower flanges to control a position in the lengthy direction of the guiding member. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with the pipe-like guiding member 21 to guide a tape, the ultrasonic exciter 24 whose one end is a free end and the other end is fixed to the guiding member 21 and to vibrate the guiding member 21 with a standing wave and a supporting shaft 19 to support the guiding member 21. The recessed part 14a to prevent the guiding member 21 from rotating, the screw 27, the stopper plate 28 and the ultrasonic exciter 24 on the deteut member 14 related to the lower flange 14d of the upper and the lower flanges 12 and 14d to control the position in the lengthy direction the guiding member 21.</p> |
