LAMINATED DAMPING MATERIAL, FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL HAVING THE MATERIAL IN INNER LAYER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a fiber reinforced composite material which absorbs vibrational energy generated accompanyingly with the function of constructions such as a satellite space construction, OA machinery, car vehicles, or leisure requisites for reducing vibration, shock or noise. CONSTITUTION:This material is a fiber reinforced composite material having five basical layer structures such as an outer layer/an intermediate layer/a core layer/an intermediate layer/an outer layer. The core layer is a thermosetting resin layer having vibration clamping characteristics, and the intermediate layer is a thermal resistance film layer which can adhere to the outer and core layers, and the outer layer is a thermosetting resin which can adhere to the thermal resistance film layer and is composed of a prepreg in which a reinforced fiber is impregnated.
