PURPOSE:To shift an object placed on a belt-shaped board by bonding a piezoelectric substance to one end of a belt-shaped board, and vibrating it with a drive signal generator so as to generate progressive waves in the belt-shaped board, and holding the other end of the belt-shaped board with a vibration absorber, and absorbing the reflection. CONSTITUTION:Many piezoelectric elements 2 are bonded, with the directions of polarization being changed alternately, to the bottom of one end of a hard belt-shaped board 1. And single-phase high frequency is applied to the piezoelectric elements 2 from the driving signal generator 3 so as to generate progressive waves in the belt-shaped board 1. The end on the reverse side to piezoelectric substance bonding side of the belts-shaped board 1 is held with an vibration absorber 5 so as to absorb the reflected waves of the propagated progressive waves. Thereupon, unidirectional progressive waves come to arise without being attenuated in the belt-shaped board 1. Hereby, the object placed on the belt-shaped board can be carried. |
