Nanofiltration membrane (3) comprising an inorganic porous support and a polymeric microporous membrane, characterised in that:

  - the inorganic porous support has a pore diameter of between 3 and 10 nm,
  - the polymeric microporous membrane is made up of a dense deposit of an elastomeric polyphosphazene produced on at least one of the faces of the porous support and whose structural porosity is between 0.2 and 2 nm.

<??>Use of this membrane for the separation of molecules with a molecular mass of between 100 and 1000.
