PURPOSE:To perform connection change of a pipe line in an enclosed condition by using a pipe line changer in a wire material placing method that a communication wire material is forced into and placed in the pipe line previously placed by compressed air. CONSTITUTION:A flexible pipe line 2a is placed in an enclosed container 1 with pipe line terminals 4, 5, 6 opened. The flexible pipe line 2a has one end connected to a pipe line 3 and the other end provided with an air-tight plate 2c and an opening 2b so as to be moved to the direction of an arrow mark. Depending on the location of the flexible pipe line 2a, the pipe line 3 can be changed to one of the pipe lines 4, 5, 6. The air-tight plate 2c serves to close the other openings. |
