CONSTITUTION:Purchases and delivery input means 2 and 3 inputting purchases and delivery data of material, an original unit cost calculating means 5 calculating the original unit cost of material from purchases and delivery data of material, a material original unit cost storing part 8 storing the original unit cost of material, a menu input means 1 inputting constitution data of a refreshments menu, a menu constitution storing part 6 storing constitution data, an evaluation value operating means 4 calculating the cost of the specified refreshments menu from the original unit cost of material and constitution data, a menu cost storing part 7 storing the cost of the refreshments menu and an output means 9 outputting the cost of the refreshments menu are provided. |
