PURPOSE:To provide a printed rear surface electrode which can be easily soldered with high performance. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 2 is provided a light receiving surface side on a transparent insulating board 1. A plurality of amorphous silicon-based solar cells each having a printed electrode 4 made of conductive paste are disposed on a surface provided on the back surface with the light receiving surface. The paste contains copper metal particles of conductive component and 0.5% or more of Ni powder in mixture. |
