PURPOSE: To provide a lithographic printing plate for changing affinity for an ink by being deformable by a spark discharge technique. CONSTITUTION: The plate has a laminate structure which contains an ink acceptive base or base coating 176, a conductive layer 178 and an ink repellent coating 184. The repellent coating dispersively contains an image-support pigment. A linear movement of a spark to a surface of the plate is accelerated by the particles dispersed in the coating, thereby expediting an accurate imaging.
