<p>PURPOSE:To hold the repulsion property and compression and improve durability by forming the core of a ball with a rubber composition material arranged with a silicon inorganic filler surface-treated with a vinyl group containing silica compound on base rubber. CONSTITUTION:Polybutadiene rubber, natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber and styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber are independently or mixedly used for the base rubber of a rubber composition. Silicon dioxide, silicate anhydride, calcium silicate, aluminum silicate and silicon carbide whisker are used for a silicon inorganic filler, and silicon dioxide is preferably used. The silicon inorganic filler is surface-treated with a vinyl group containing silane compound. This (2-methoxyethoxyn) vinyl silane is a representative example for the vinyl group containing silane compound, it is not only idependently used but also used together with epoxy silane or methacrylic silane. The surface-treated silicon inorganic filler of 10-30 pts.wt. is preferably compounded based on 100 pts.wt. of base rubber.</p> |
