PURPOSE:To provide a cooling apparatus for an electromagnetic cooking appliance to cool a circuit using bilithic switching devices efficiently and in the good balance. CONSTITUTION:Heat sinks 14a, 14b are set on the opposite each other while having a plane vertical to the rotary shaft of an axial flow-type cooling fan 13 as a symmetrical plane, switching devices 15a, 15b are installed in the positions near the rotary center of the cooling fan 13 and between both heat sinks 14 facing each other, both switching devices 15 are electrically connected, and both heat sinks 14 are cooled by blowing a air by a cooling fan 13 and operated by bilithic switching devices 15. Due to this structure, almost the same quantity of cooling air-flow can be sent to both heat sink 14 and thus cooling is carried out in the good balance. Also, it becomes easy to install cooling fins 18 of heat sinks 14 near the outer periphery of a cooling fan 13 having high air flow and cooling function is improved. |
