<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the correction of a program stored in a ROM by defining the head address as a correction area at every program of the ROM. CONSTITUTION:The head addresses 2a-2c of the ROM A-C are defined as the correction areas, and the data numbers of the ROM A-C are written into the correction areas as the sumcodes respectively. At the time of starting up the data numbers stored in the programs A-C are counted, and the total data number is compared with the total sumcode number for the check of all storage areas of the ROM A-C. The ROM A, for example, is corrected among the ROM A-C. When the data number is changed, the sumcode of the address 2a of the storage area of the ROM A is corrected based on the changed data number. That is, it is just required to check the ROM A-C and not required to rewrite the parts except those where the programs are corrected.</p> |
